Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hitch launcher and related websites and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Pentaclove LLC ("Pentaclove", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction to use the Service. Some features require an account. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
2. Third-party stores and games
Hitch organizes and launches games you already own through third-party platforms such as Steam, Epic Games, and Xbox, and standalone titles on your device. Pentaclove does not sell those games and is not responsible for third-party stores, their content, pricing, licenses, or availability. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorized means, interfering with its normal operation, reverse engineering except where permitted by law, or using it to infringe the rights of others or to distribute unlawful content.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, including the Hitch software, branding, and content created by Pentaclove, is owned by Pentaclove LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use Pentaclove's trademarks without prior written permission. Game artwork and metadata remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Updates and changes to the Service
We may update, change, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may also provide updates that install automatically to keep the Service secure and functioning. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of any revised terms delivered with it.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm to Pentaclove, other users, or third parties.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pentaclove will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide notice through the Service. Material changes take effect when posted.
