End User License Agreement

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully. This Agreement is between you and Pentaclove LLC ("Pentaclove"). By installing, accessing, or using the Hitch system software (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
1. License
Pentaclove grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Pentaclove.
2. Restrictions
You may not rent, lease, sell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Software; modify or create derivative works of it; or reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits.
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. Pentaclove and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
4. Third-party open-source software
Hitch includes FFmpeg 8.1.1 as a separate command-line component. FFmpeg is copyright its contributors and is licensed under the GNU General Public License version 3 or later. Pentaclove does not own FFmpeg. The applicable license, build information, and source link are provided with the installed application. Nothing in this Agreement restricts rights granted by FFmpeg's license.
5. Updates
Pentaclove may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software and may modify or discontinue features at any time. Your continued use of the Software following an update constitutes acceptance of any revised terms delivered with that update.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under it terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Pentaclove does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.
